JUSTIN MARTYR

Justin Martyr (c. AD 100 – c. AD 165), also known as Justin the Philosopher, was an early Christian apologist and philosopher.

Justin wrote around the middle of the second century and is often quoted for what he tells us about the early church and the New Testament. For a discussion on this, see Samuel Green's article, Justin Martyr, the Memoirs, and the Gospel.
